What You Will Do • Create content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms. • Assist with social media campaigns and product education. • Research automotive topics and identify relevant content opportunities. • Support campaigns designed to attract drivers, mechanics and automotive businesses. • Help develop content around SpareHub features, automotive technology and industry stories. • Monitor content performance and identify what resonates with audiences. • Assist with community engagement and social media responses. • Work with the design and product teams to communicate SpareHub clearly. SpareHub is building a smarter way for drivers, mechanics and businesses to find the automotive parts they need. We are looking for a Customer Success & Marketplace Support Intern to help users navigate the platform and make sure requests for parts actually move toward useful results. What You Will Do • Help drivers and mechanics understand and use SpareHub. • Assist users with vehicle registration, parts searches and marketplace requests. • Help connect customers with relevant vendors. • Follow up on parts requests and customer enquiries. • Communicate with vendors regarding customer requests when necessary. • Identify recurring customer problems and report them to the product team. • Document useful feedback from users. • Help improve the overall customer experience on the platform. We are looking for an energetic Automotive Community & Field Operations Intern to help us connect the platform with the people who use and power the automotive industry every day. What You Will Do • Visit mechanics, spare-parts shops, drivers and automotive businesses. • Introduce people to SpareHub and demonstrate the platform. • Support user and business onboarding activities. • Help organize field activations and community campaigns. • Build relationships with mechanics and automotive communities. • Collect real-world feedback about how people currently search for and buy spare parts. • Identify recurring problems and opportunities that can improve SpareHub. • Report field observations and user feedback to the team. • Support other operational activities as the company grows. Business Development & Vendor Onboarding Intern
SpareHub is building a vehicle intelligence and automotive technology ecosystem designed to make it easier for drivers, mechanics, businesses and spare-parts vendors to identify, find and source the right automotive parts. We are looking for a Business Development & Vendor Onboarding Intern to help us grow the supply side of the SpareHub marketplace. What You Will Do • Identify and approach spare-parts shops, dealers, importers and automotive businesses. • Introduce businesses to SpareHub and explain how the platform works. • Onboard vendors onto the marketplace and help them get started. • Build and maintain relationships with vendors. • Follow up with businesses after onboarding and help them remain active. • Identify opportunities to grow SpareHub’s presence within the automotive industry. • Gather feedback from vendors and communicate useful insights to the team. • Support field activations and business development campaigns. What You Will Learn You will gain practical experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition, marketplace operations and working inside an early-stage technology company.
